Last night, employers and apprentices alike, gathered at The Courtyard Theatre to celebrate the hard work, diligence, enthusiasm, and skill shown by Herefordshire based apprentices at this year’s Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association (HWGTA) Apprenticeship Awards.
The Herefordshire and Worcestershire Group Training Association (HWGTA) offer a variety of training courses for individuals and businesses looking to upskill, improve or refresh their knowledge. Their Apprenticeship Awards night aims to celebrate the efforts and achievements from Herefordshire based apprentices and to encourage others to follow a similar route.
As a business, allpay Limited offers several great apprenticeship opportunities across an array of disciplines, with several of its current employees working towards a nationally recognised qualification whilst gaining support and hands on experience from industry experts.
Having previously been recognised as Apprenticeship Employer of the year in 2020, allpay has continued to highlight the importance of apprenticeships and the role it plays as a part of its strategy to attract and nurture the best talent in Herefordshire and further afield enabling the business to grow at an exciting pace.
This year has seen allpay and its staff win three awards at the prestigious HWGTA Annual Apprenticeship Awards.
Macey Boyle, People and Talent Administrator at allpay, was awarded Apprentice of the Year, a highly coveted recognition, celebrating exceptional talent, commitment, and dedication in the field of apprenticeship. This was shortly followed by Jay Furnell, First Line Service Desk Technician at allpay, being awarded the Commerce Personal Development award for his apprenticeship which he completed at the Wye Valley Group. Jimmy Hollingshead, Implementation Specialist at allpay, also celebrated achieving his Customer Service Level 2.
To top things off, allpay were also awarded the Commerce Apprenticeship Employer of the Year Award. This win is a testament to the fantastic People Team at allpay, and all the work they do to make the apprenticeship programme so successful. This recognition reaffirms allpay Limited's commitment to nurturing talent and fostering professional growth within the company.
