PIF Legal & Regulatory Working Group
Led by experts in law and regulatory compliance, our Legal and Regulatory Working Group assesses the impact of new and changing rules and regulations and advocates for proportionate regulation that fosters innovation in payments.
Recognised as a go-to hub for our members' compliance teams, this group holds regular briefings and produces guidance that helps members meet the growing expectations of regulators. Member briefings are held each month and last for approximately 90 minutes. The agenda and joining instructions are sent to members a week in advance.
LRWG Meetings
The PIF Legal & Regulatory Working Group (LRWG) is focused on helping to ensure members can be clear on their obligations to consumers and industry regulators, developing guidance and advocating for industry-positive policy.
