PIF, the not-for-profit industry voice for the prepaid and fintech sectors, has announced its involvement in the Vendorcom Prepaid & Stored Value SIG taking place in London today.
PIF’s Commercial Director, Diane Brocklebank, will be sharing PIF’s view of Prepaid in the Fintech world and joins a range of expert speakers each sharing their knowledge and perspectives on different areas of the prepaid arena.
The Prepaid & Stored Value SIG is just one in an extensive programme of specialist interest groups curated by Vendorcom to help the European Payments Community better understand and respond to current and emerging industry initiatives. Today’s speakers will cover a range of topics, from the evolution of prepaid and the impact of PSD2 to wearables and best practices in digital marketing.
Commenting on the PIF’s involvement in the event, Diane Brocklebank said:
“We are proud to work with an organisation that shares our vision for the industry and our ethos. Today is just one example of where PIF and Vendorcom can harness shared values for the common good of the sector. It also underpins our recognition of each other as two strategically important payments industry organisations.”
Vendorcom Chairman, Paul Rodgers said:
“ There’s no better way to demonstrate our commitment to our central theme of driving innovation through collaboration than by working in concert with a respected organisation like PIF. The insight that can be achieved when combining the experience and perspective of both organisations is without parallel.”
Speakers at today’s event include Daniel Blonell, McLEAR, Joshua Hobbs, VISA, Simon Bradley, Accomplish Financial, Helen McHugh, Contentive, Suresh Vaghjiani, Tribe, Emily Baum and Clive Williams, PCS. Participation is free of charge to all members of PIF and Vendorcom.
